You can change the frequency of your box deliveries via your profile page only if you've signed up with us after 1 Apr 2016 (no joke).
To change the frequency of your box:
- Log-in to your Profile page
- Click on "Manage this subscription"
- Choose your preferred frequency (Note that the new frequency plan will only begin after the current billing cycle is up)
If you've signed up before 1 April 2016, you will need to unsubscribe and re-subscribe with the appropriate plan. We apologise for the inconvenience....unsurmountable technological constraints :(
