You can pause your box deliveries via your profile page only if you've signed up with us after 1 Apr 2016 (no joke).
To change the frequency of your box:
- Log-in to your Profile page
- Click on "Manage this subscription"
- Click on "pause subscription" and choose the date that you'd like to resume receiving awesome snacks
If you've signed up before 1 April 2016, please send us an email at email@example.com if you'd like to pause your deliveries.
